History: He got the idea for this weapon after hearing a story about a powerful warrior named Sirenu! Sirenu had a glove that could control the elements. Well Mygetsu wasn't a big fan of gloves, but he did enjoy jewelry. So he found four normal rings that would fit the bill. He then traveled throughout the soul society looking for elemental specialists who could give each ring the power to manipulate one of the four elements. It took him years to find all the people necessary to do this, but after 3 years it was finally done.
