Description: The Rubber outfit you see him wearing in his picture
History: When he was younger and had not yet entered the soul reaper academy, he was wandering around out on the street wearing ripped clothing and had bare feet. While wandering around, he came across a man who was sleeping in a cart of hay. Mygetsu saw the clothes and had a burning desire to obtain them. So he quietly snuck up to the man, carefully removed them, and bolted out of there. The sleeping man never was the wiser. And Mygetsu quickly realized the clothes' powers.

| well just so you know armor would basically be your clothes, so um unless your guy IS crazy enough to run around naked give him some clothes to go with this ok.....
and you already have that Cheetah spell giving you speed, so it would be meaningless to have that power on armor | |

| ok 3x speed is a heavy cost, even if it is only for a few posts...i need a duration the boost can happen | |
