Cost: 100
Description: To execute it, he must say the phrase "By the forest of the trees and the wind of the sky, I summon thee to aid me in my time of need. LIGHTNING CHEETAH 39!" When executed, a blue aura surrounds Mygetsu for a few seconds to show that it is working.
Effect: Increases the user's speed by 2x
History: This was one of the first kidos that he was taught in his first year at the soul reaper academy. He was the third best in his class at executing this spell when he first learned it, but soon rose to the top by performing it more effectively and proficiently than anyone else.

| um dude for 3x speed it is going to need to be alot more then just that....it would need to be at least 200 or around there | |

| ok now really ppl....keep this at ONE cost, if you want a weaker form of it then make it, there are NO spell/kido sets allowed
so devon make it do one thing no half assed crap please....and give it one cost

| but in the series that is exactly how it is with them. if they just say the name it is half as powerful. but if they say the entire chant then it is at full power. | |
